Come on! Let's give an explanation of what you have seen in networks between the 8th and 12th of June in Ibiza... many people have written to us, asking what we were doing, why we were in Ibiza, how many days, if all that was paid by the company, what a great holiday, etc. ....

Well, as our CEO Iñigo Ugarte says, life is about moments and people, people who have their personal lives, but also their professional lives... and at ieTeam we know that the most important thing in all companies and organisations are PEOPLE.

We all have good and not so good moments in life... At ieTeam, we work hard to ensure that people are well in all areas... professionally of course, but also personally... At the end of the day, if people are well, they will give their all in all areas as well. We will tell you later on what aspects we promote to facilitate this aspect...

Well, at ieTeam, since its origins, every year we organise an OUTDOORS, and what is this? It is an experience that goes far beyond facilitating the internalisation of the strategic plan established for the coming years, aspects of internal organisation, remembering the objectives or developing teamwork skills, leadership or any other soft skill. In short, it is a way of working with the entire team so that they feel involved and are truly aligned with the established objectives and truly believe that they are in the best organisation where they could be.

Well, this year, we wanted to do something "special" because our tenth anniversary coincided in the middle of the pandemic and we could not celebrate it as we would have liked. In addition, we have international offices in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and France, something we are proud of, but which does not allow us to see our colleagues on a daily basis beyond the screens. So what better excuse to get together and share a few days of the year?

A trip in which the most important thing is to create links, to meet all those people who work far away, to build trust with those who are not usually there and even with those who are sitting next to us. We are talking about a few days to experience the company and get to know its culture and ways of doing things. A pause in a year full of hard work that helps us to be as we are, to see the others, to accept them, and that everything we have in common with a shared vision naturally emerges: work, relationships, the uncertainty that more than once accompanies us, successes and even failures.

In short, we could define it as an experience in which the main objective is that all those people who pass through ieTeam make a place for us in their hearts and become ieTeamers forever. What is commonly known as building talent loyalty.

And you know what else? That the charge of battery with which the team returns cannot be explained with words...
