Internationalisation as a growth strategy

The global economy is going through one of the most dynamic and changing periods in history, with the unification of markets, standardisation of products, new communication channels, etc. As a result, the world has become smaller and ever more accessible.

Nowadays, it is not only large companies that are internationalising, but also SMEs and entrepreneurs, and this strategy is gaining popularity because of the advantages of living in an interconnected world. And what better example than ours! ieTeam! We are a consultancy company born in San Sebastian, Spain, but today we have offices in Bilbao (Spain), Sao Paulo (Brazil), Bogota (Colombia), Mexico City (Mexico) and of course Biarritz (France).

From our Internationalisation Department, we support companies in developing their activities abroad, using both our own offices and our network of partners in more than 25 countries.

The internationalisation of companies is a process that goes beyond exporting, it consists of using available resources strategically to take advantage of the different opportunities that exist in other markets.

It is a key strategy for securing growth and enhancing future opportunities through sales development, resource acquisition, risk reduction and diversification into other territories.

All this translates into: more customers, larger markets and better profits.

When approaching a new market, it is essential to take into account the economic, regulatory or legislative, cultural, technological and social factors of the target market, in order to be able to deal with the different situations that may arise in the development of your business, since each market has very specific characteristics.

It is a way of taking the business to the next level.
Having experienced internationalisation first hand from our own experience, we can say that it is a key opportunity to increase revenues and grow. Expanding into other geographical areas, seeking out new business opportunities and gaining market share in new countries, allows your business to develop, invest, grow, recruit and diversify.

In addition, it allows companies to withstand adverse economic cycles, as they are more competitive and diversified, and some companies even grow in times of economic recession.

Similarly, internationalisation helps to strengthen the brand, particularly as it brings values such as decisiveness, courage and resilience.

In this respect, ieTeam is an approved operator for the Chèque Relance Export, a scheme for SMEs and ETIs, proposed by Business France for recovery through export, and we are also an approved operator for APA, Assurance Prospection Accompagnement, a BPI France scheme.
This type of initiative is an excellent opportunity to meet the great challenge of internationalisation.

And you, how do you plan to meet the challenges of your company's expansion?

Sounds

good?
